I was bored the other day and decided to finally practice digital painting. I didn't really count on it taking so long ^^;
I cropped a flattened picture of some previous line art and put it on a multiple layer and just got to it XD I wasn't really expecting it to work but since it looks like it did, it opens a door to more possibilities =D I'll try and see which techniques work for me over time though!

>.< I really need to work on my lineart skills (well in this case, lack there of =x ) a little bit more, I really don't do so well with my tablet but I'll still work on that, ANYONE have any tips or techniques you're willing to share?! =3 please note me or something! PLEASSEEE!

BTW: I know the hat and colar look funny >>; really funny.. I learned not to make mistakes like that anymore now ^^; (it makes it really tough to shade or find folds... WELL! break time and then back to work on making last minute things! (no I'm not telling you what because its secret! HA! )

I have practically no idea what you're talking about with layers and such. O_o But that's probably because I don't really use digital media. My tablet is just collecting dust on top of the printer. =P

But I can definitely say I still envy your ability to draw folds and color them. And now I can also add your awesome soft shading to the list of stuff I envy too. Especially on hair, which is clearly shown in this pic.

Urge...to practice...coloring...rising... :faint:
